Time and Resource Commitment

The 'Management Communications Health Check' takes around seven working days of our time, depending on the complexity of the organisation. There are three phases:

Phase 1:

In-depth interviews, after which we reflect on what we have heard and allow the impact of the interviews to settle within the company.

Phase 2:

We return with recommendations for the way forward and help you to plan and implement any necessary changes to ensure effective management communications.

Phase 3:

Around a month after the original work, we return to assess progress and to make any necessary corrections to the communication activity.
