PECOS was founded by Richard Lewis who has over twenty years experience working both in house and as a consultant in business communications. Before setting up PECOS, Richard was Director of Communications at HSBC and Midland Montagu and, in consultancy, developed the management communication offer for the coaching arm of Brunswick Group.

We have successfully advised and supported clients on mergers and integrations in a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, banking, shipping, entertainment, packaging and railways. More recently, we have helped companies in the oil and gas, mobile telephony, investment banking, liquid beverage packaging and recruitment sectors and in the not for profit sector, deliver effective solutions to their management challenges.
